The current pricing is for apartments, townhomes, and single family houses.

The  price includes three( 3 ) treatments, one every 30 days,  with a ninety day guarantee from the inital treatment at the following price schedule:

1 bedroom occupied home $325.00                                        2 bedroom occupied home $375.00 

                   vacant  home   $250.00                                                               vacant home $275.00

3  bedroom occupied home $425.00                                         4  bedroom occupied home $500.00

                   vacant home     $300.00                                                             vacant home   $325.00

This is an extreme and labor intensive treatment. A full treatment consist, of dust in all wall outlets and switchplates in bedrooms and living room, a heat treatment (Therma Steem ) of all mattresses, couches, and carpeting, and an intense chemical treatment of all cracks and crevices, furniture, bed frames, and box springs.

Severe clutter will be assessed an extra $75.00 per bedroom and mattress encasements can be provided  at an additional fee of $75.00 ea set.
